RCBC ATMGo is transforming financial access in the Philippines by enabling small businesses like sari-sari stores, auto repair shops, hardware shops, and local remittance centers to offer essential banking services. Since February 2025, RCBC ATMGo has expanded its reach across Luzon, covering Pampanga, Cavite, Batangas, Zambales, Ilocos, and Bataan.
This initiative strengthens financial inclusion by bringing banking services closer to underserved areas. RCBC ATMGo, the country’s first Kapitbahay ATM, provides a convenient and accessible way for users to access cash directly from their neighborhood stores. It offers ATM withdrawals and banking services for BancNet-issued ATM cards, allowing users to access funds without needing to visit traditional bank branches.

RCBC ATMGo supports a wide range of transactions including cash-in, cash-out, fund transfers, bill payments, and mobile e-load purchases, making banking more convenient and accessible for Filipinos. Through its partnership with Bayad Center, the service is now available in more communities across Luzon.
As of 2025, RCBC ATMGo has achieved nationwide coverage, reaching all 82 provinces, 99% of cities, and 80% of municipalities. It has played a key role in government disbursement programs, including the Conditional Cash Transfer initiative, helping beneficiaries in areas like Bulacan, Pampanga, and Cavite conveniently receive aid.

RCBC has also partnered with GCash to introduce QR-based cardless withdrawals, allowing users to access their funds using their smartphones—adding convenience and security, especially in remote areas.
Leading the onboarding success, FLASH handled merchant selection, document processing, signage production, logistics, and device deployment. Once approved, merchants can begin serving their communities seamlessly. ATMGo also creates new income opportunities for its partners, who earn convenience fees for every successful transaction—with some earning up to ₱10,000 or more monthly.
RCBC provides the necessary equipment and connectivity at no cost to merchants, lowering entry barriers for small businesses. This initiative not only brings banking closer to Filipinos but also promotes financial and digital literacy, empowering communities toward greater economic inclusion.
RCBC ATMGo makes secure, reliable banking more accessible to Filipinos nationwide. As this growing network continues to expand, banking is becoming easier, safer, and more accessible across the country.
